We’re seeking a Senior Technical Drafter / CAD Lead to support commercial architectural and ornamental millwork and metalwork projects from bid through fabrication and install. This role produces accurate submittal and production drawings, maintains BOMs and budgets, and leads internal and subcontract drafting resources. This is an in-office position only.

Requirements: 5+ years of drafting experience, strong knowledge of commercial construction, advanced skills in AutoCAD and Microvellum. Innergy experience is a plus.

Leadership experience and a strong understanding of fabrication practices are required.
