As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our project management team - providing critical administrative support and ensuring smooth operations from start-up to close-out. You’ll work closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents, as well as clients, contractors, and suppliers. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact!
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain project documentation, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and process contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and AIA documents.
- Coordinate bid invitations, plan distribution, and project start-up requirements.
- Track insurance certificates, bonds, and safety documentation.
- Assist with monthly project reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages.
- Support a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative experience (construction industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and CMiC preferred.
- Familiarity with contract administration and AIA documents.
