Day-to-Day

Communications Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Advise executive leadership on messaging, reputation management, and public positioning.
• Lead crisis communications, media relations, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Manage communications planning, performance metrics, and reporting.

Brand Management

• Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and communications.
• Lead strategic campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.
• Provide brand guidance and support across departments and initiatives.

Marketing & Storytelling

• Oversee development of marketing materials, campaigns, and storytelling content.
• Partner with internal teams to amplify mission, programs, and partnerships.
• Use data and analytics to guide strategy and measure impact.

Digital Communications

• Lead digital strategy, including website, SEO, and social media.
• Oversee production of digital and print materials.
• Monitor engagement metrics to optimize performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible communications experience.
• Demonstrated success in strategic communications, media relations, and brand management.
• Experience developing integrated communications strategies. 
• Valid Texas Drivers’ License, clear MVR and ability to be insured
