Role Summary
Field Crew execute and assist construction tasks, supporting the Site Supervisor in maintaining site quality, productivity, safety, and cleanliness. Field Crew are the hands on-site that turn plans into built reality.

Core Responsibilities
- Show up on time and ready to work. Be presentable and prepared with basic hand tools
- Follow Site Supervisor priorities to perform assigned construction tasks
- Assist with handling, organization, and transportation of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the jobsite, always sweeping and removing debris
- Remain watchful over labor being performed to ensure the final product meets specification, reporting to Site Supervisor any deficiencies in product quality
- Plan the day around the required tool and material resources to minimize interruptions
- Prepare for sequencing activities by preparing materials and protecting completed work
- Study blueprints to know what needs to be done, proactively find ways to be efficient
- Communicate on-site needs to Site Supervisors, equipment maintenance, material supply
- Track time, write daily logs, and upload progress photos into BuilderTrend
- Be trainable and teach others on fabrication techniques and equipment operation
Success looks like:
Progress without rework. Tasks completed safely, on time, and to standard.
