You’ll be working with a crew of tough, dependable tradesmen who take pride in their work. You’ll be expected to train and mentor journeymen and apprentices, build strong teams, and demand excellence every day.
Responsibilities
· Lead and coordinate all field operations for commercial HVAC construction projects.
· Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
· Train, mentor, and develop Journeymen and apprentices.
· Maintain project documentation and schedules using Bluebeam, Excel, and other digital tools.
· Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all work meets or exceeds code and company standards.
· Report directly to the HVAC General Superintendent and keep operations running tight.
Requirements
· 10+ years of commercial HVAC construction experience.
· 4+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
· Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, and construction management software.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
· A no-compromise attitude toward safety and quality workmanship.
