Key Responsibilities
- Identify improvements and get insights for continuous improvement for quality and efficiency across the P&O operating model and MyP&O portal/Knowledge Hub, collaborating with segment LMs and BPs to raise the need of Continuous improvement plan to MGS P&O through Global Business Relationship Manager
- Perform data integrity audits through reports. Coordinate with regional P&O team to confirm accuracy and provide context around data insights.
- Help Managers to monitor progress of transactions in Workday and consult with MyP&O for troubleshoot errors for LMs.
- Train, and guide site(s) Line Managers and Associates with to build capabilities in self-service for initiating requests into P&O systems, for managing relationship with MyP&O Contact Center, ensuring data integrity for accuracy and efficiency of systems and reporting.
- Assist Managers to escalate requests not solved or delayed to MyP&O team through Workday.
- Support preparation of documents for mass upload process.
- Must maintain confidentiality and perform all duties in accordance with the Mars’ policies and procedures.
- P&O Data Steward, commit to duties as a data steward to ensure trust and accuracy of data, considering that all activities are auditable and monitored.
- Role model the Mars Five Principles and Associate Concept every day; creating a culture of ethics and compliance, supporting Great Line Management.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of P&O (HR) experience.
- Experience with Workday and Kronos systems is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective in building relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome.
- Ability to manage effectively and work within ambiguity and prioritize on business needs and resources.
