The Payroll & Benefits Intern plays an essential role in supporting payroll and benefits processes, developing real-world skills that enhance the employee experience. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to learn about payroll and benefits administration while working closely with the HR Department to ensure efficient and accurate processing. What You’ll Do:
- Assist with processing and auditing weekly and biweekly payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Verify timecards and track paid time off, helping employees manage their time and benefits with confidence
- Support benefits enrollment and termination processes, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate benefit information
- Help maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, supporting compliance and a smooth employee experience
- Take part in onboarding new team members, helping set them up for success from day one
- Contribute to data entry, file management, and reconciliation efforts that keep our HR systems running smoothly
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless payroll operations and a positive employee experience
- Tackle a variety of administrative tasks, with opportunities to learn and grow in the HR and payroll field

What We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving responsibilities
